In case of freight forwarding services are applicable :
DUTCH FORWARDING CONDITIONS : For general freight forwarding services are subject to the terms of "registered Dutch expedition of the FENEX" (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), including the arbitration clause, deposited at the Registry of the District Courts at Amsterdam , Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam on 1 July 2004.
In case of storage activities are applicable :
DUTCH WAREHOUSING CONDITIONS : For general storage activities are subject to the terms of "the Dutch storage conditions of the FENEX" (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), including arbitration clause, deposited at the Registry of the District Court at Rotterdam on 15 November 1995.
NEKOVRI CONDITIONS : For storage activities in refrigerated stores are subject to the terms of the "General conditions of the association of Dutch cold-storage and freezing warehouses" (NEKOVRI), including the arbitration clause, deposited at the Registry of the District Court at Rotterdam (version 2008)
In case of logistics activities are applicable :
REQUIREMENTS FOR LOGISTICS : For general logistics activities are subject to the terms of "Terms and conditions for value added logistics of the FENEX" (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics), including arbitration clause, deposited at the registry of the District Court at Rotterdam on 15 November 1995.
