ACS has a team of experts which all have years of experience in customs operations. There is no new form or regulation with what escaped their attention. Because the logistics world is 24 hours a day in motion ACS offers the possibility to their clients to make customs formalities outside office hours.

ACS is in possession of all necessary permits and the associated warranty statements such as:

• authorized consignee
• authorized sender
• electronic declaration in Sagitta (the electronic messaging system of the Customs)
• Im-, export and transit
• entrepot B authorization
• entrepot C authorization

This allows us to offer a very comprehensive package with the least possible delay namely:

• Transit documents - electronic (T1 document and CARNET TIR)
• Import documents - electronic (including transposition VAT for foreign customers, called limited fiscal representative, where the overaal handling of the VAT transaction is handled)
• Export documents - electronic (EX/A and EX.EU)
• Preferential Certificates of origin (Form A and Eur. 1)
• Certificates of origin from the Chamber of Commerce (CVO)
• All other common customs formalities

Also we can announce that ACS will be nominated for the AEO certificate. This will be important for the future to get the goods which will be handled customs technical by ACS into "the green line". This is an advantage for our customers because there are fewer physical controls (fyco's) place and an AEO certificate will always be given priority treatment by the customs.
